of Empower® CBD Luxury Soaking Salts under warm, running bathwater. Soak for 30 minutes and rest for 20 minutes after soaking. For a hand or foot soak, add 1oz (2 tablespoons) of Empower® CBD Luxury Soaking Salts under warm running water. Soak hands or feet for at least 20 minutes.
